MyCloudo Cards is a platform for creating and managing professional digital business cards, including contact information, social links, QR Code, contact saving, and digital wallet integrations where available.

2. Eligibility and Use of Service

• The service must be used only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
• Users must not publish misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of information added to their cards.
• The service must not be used for fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

3. Client Accounts and Login Details

• Clients may receive login credentials to manage their digital cards.
• Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Any changes made through the dashboard are considered authorized by the account holder.
• MyCloudo may suspend access in case of misuse or clear violation of these Terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Users confirm that they have the right to use all names, photos, logos, links, and files added to their cards. MyCloudo is not responsible for disputes arising from user-provided content.

5. Digital Wallets and Third-Party Services

• The service may support Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, or other services depending on technical availability.
• Digital wallets and third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
• MyCloudo does not control third-party approvals, restrictions, outages, or availability.
• Wallet passes do not include financial, banking, or payment card information.

6. Plans and Payments

• Paid plans may be available with different features as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as MyFatoorah or similar providers.
• MyCloudo does not store bank card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
• Prices and features may be updated in the future and will not affect completed orders unless the plan policy states otherwise.

7. Updates and Changes

MyCloudo may develop, modify, or temporarily suspend certain features for maintenance, improvement, security, or compliance with technical or regulatory requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as available. MyCloudo aims to provide a stable and secure service, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from third-party provider issues.

9. Suspension or Termination

MyCloudo may suspend or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, submits unlawful or misleading content, or creates a security or operational risk.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
